If you love the sport of football and are interested in stepping up to the challenge of playing in one of the strongest leagues your choice should be to play for the Santa Clarita MADDOGS. FULLERTON, Calif. (Monday, February 22, 2008) -- The Orange County Jaguars will be holding open try-outs for interested prospects on Saturday March 1, 2008 from 10am-12am at Buckingham Park in the city of Westminster. Registration will begin at 9:30am and try-outs will start promptly at 10am there will be a $30.00 registration fee, which will be applied towards your team dues for the upcoming 2008 season.
(THIS FEE MUST BE PAID) before you can participate in the try-out, pre-registration is available. Potential prospects will be evaluated in the 40yd. Dash, Short Shuttle and a variety of other drills as well. We will only accept players that are serious about what they want and possesses the determination and drive to achieve it! ALL ROSTER spots are open! Please keep in mind, if you are under contract with any other LCFL organization you have to be granted permission to attend. There are strict bylaws and guidelines set forth by the LCFL, which all teams and players must abide by.

Attire:
Gray or white t-shirt / Black football shorts / Cleats / Helmet.

INGLEWOOD, Calif. (February 22, 2008) -- The Inglewood Blackhawks will kickoff their 2008 Mini Camp on Saturday, March 8th at 10:00 a.m. The location will be West Adams Prepatory High School in Los Angeles. This camp is mandatory for all veteran players, newly signed player, and any players that are interested in joining the Blackhawks for the 2008 season. This will be the start of something special as Coach Mike Fuller and Tony Reid are trying to mold a team of destiny with young men that have the heart, dedication, and discipline to take this team to new heights. The Blackhawks are looking for their 7th trip in eight years to the league championship game with hopes of winning another National Championship as they did in 2006. All players are required to wear black football shorts and a Blackhawk Camp T-Shirt will be provided. The surface in Sprint Turf so 1/2 inch or molded cleats are recommended. Additionally, there is no try out fee for the Blackhawks. We are currently still looking for quality athletes at all pocitions to join the Blackhawks for the upcoming season and beyond. The Racine Raiders will hold their first tryout on March 8, 2008, from noon to 3:00 p.m. at J.I. Case High School in Racine, Wisconsin.

Players should wear indoor workout clothing. This tryout is for all positions and is free.

Participants will take part in speed, shuttle, agility, and jumping drills. In addition, participants will be split up by position and participate in fundamental position drills.
The Desert Valley Spartans will host our 1st tryout for the '08' season. March 15th @ 10am. 1901 E Barsito Rd Palm Springs, CA 92262. Come out and join the Spartans as we make our run towards a LCFL West Championship.
The Foothill Firehawks will be having open practices on Mar. 1ST and Mar. 8TH at 9:00am. If you are an athlete looking for a great evnviroment to prove yourself, then join us on those dates. All positions are open, everyone gets an equal opportunity to secure a roster spot. It will be held at Horsethief Canyon Park in San Dimas, CA. The Address is 301 Horsethief Canyon RD. San Dimas, CA 91773. Bring regular cleats and a helmet if you have one. There is no fee to try-out. If you have played on an LCFL team before, be sure you are clear from any contracts or obligations that you may have to your former team. The Firehawks were ranked #1 by Minor League Football News and will be defending a perfect 19-0 season from 2007.
