The Directors of Team USA Football announced, today, the scheduling of our next game with Team Canada on April 19th, 2008. This will be the second game between Team Canada and Team USA.

Team USA won the first meeting last December by a final score of 19 - 0 in very difficult weather conditions.

This will be the third game for Team Canada. They are currently scheduled to play a minor league team in Louisville, KY in mid March 2008. Team Canada is composed of former college athletes in the Canadian system and many have had tryouts or have been on the roster of CFL Teams. Also noteworthy are members of the roster who have played with European Federation of American Football Teams for such organizations as the Swarco Tyrolean Raiders, Vienna Vikings, teams of the British American Football League and German Football League.

Team USA will play Canada at 1:00pm am in the Metro DC area with the actual game facility still to be announced.

Team USA Football will arrive on April 13 and will practice twice each day at Old Redskins Park. This is the former home of the Washington Redskins. Team Canada will arrive on April 17th.

This is the 16th international game played by Team USA Football.

Team USA Football was founded in 2002 to promote and support the international development of the sport of American Football. Since that time more than 250 athletes, coaches and staff members have participated in club-level games and tournaments in countries such as Italy, Austria, Germany, France, Great Britain, Norway, Mexico and the Czech Republic.
